Dan Purvis is one of Great Britain’s finest all around gymnasts having achieved medals in Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth Games. He is also 4 times British Champion.

Since retiring from competitive gymnastics in 2019, Dan has worked hard to become an elite coach, having worked with the National Development Squad and Elite Gymnasts He remains passionate about recreational gymnastics and always leads the classes your child could attend.

Dan Purvis Gymnastics is his legacy where he aims to provide fun filled gymnastics sessions for young children whilst developing their strength, coordination, flexibility and skills. Through gymnastics, children learn to focus and concentrate which is invaluable to their overall development.

Dan and all lead and assisting staff are approved by British Gymnastics and have DBS clearance with up to date safeguarding and first aid training where required.

We believe that children respond to praise and recognition and so all classes will offer achievable goals through use of the "British Gymnastics Rise award scheme" as well as Dan's very own intermediate awards for more advanced gymnasts.

We are running classes for children aged between 5 and 15. Children will be taught in small groups to ensure they receive lots of personal attention. Please look at our classes page for times and booking details.
